Hi! My name is Kira Andersen.

I am a busy mother of 3 kiddos 6 and under trying to keep up with life while maintaining a healthy balance both physically and mentally.

​

A little bit about me...

 

I grew up in the good ol' midwest in a divorced home.  Join the club, right?  For years I struggled with anxiety and bouts of depression, however I had no idea that’s what I was suffering from. 

 In my 20's I literally ran away from my anxiety by running over 75 marathons in California, this was my answer to disconnecting from my previous life in the midwest. After almost 10 years of constant travel from a demanding and chaotic career as a medical sales representative, I started to realize this wasn't what life was all about - it just couldn't be!

This custom program focuses on a 360 approach to encourage you to become the most authentic version of yourself. 

 

We will take a hard look at what you are currently spending your resources on.  Your time, your energy and your money. This will clearly spotlight what is and isn't serving you. 

 

This program is meant to realign your energy to ensure you will become the best version of yourself from the inside out.
